My husband and I recently moved back to California after living 15 years in Colorado… Wow! There are more bugs, rodents and pests here than we remembered. THANK YOU Loran! First, Loran spent time on the phone with my husband providing education about pest management in our area. Second, his first visit was thorough to say the least! He sprayed inside and out, removed cobwebs on house exterior and outdoor building, placed traps in attic, filled gaps under all sinks… We will be having Loran come to our home on a regular basis for pest management maintenance. Very pleased with our experience, Loran provided excellent service and great follow through to help us rid our attic of pesky visitors. There were no unexpected costs or attempts to up-sell. Loran came out to evaluate our problem charging us one minimal flat rate and came out as many times (3) that were necessary to fix our problem. He even patched up the space behind our stove! It has been over a month and not a trace of any more activity.

This guy is absolutely amazing! Was recommended by him a friend and he gave me all the details of what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost. Came out same day and set up traps all around the house to catch what I thought was a mouse problem. Literally after 15 mins of him leaving we caught a GIANT RAT in one of the traps. Never seen anything like it, but he came right on back to pick it up and dispose of it. This guy knows exactly what he is doing and after a month of service our house is now rat free! I highly recommend you give him a call with all your pest needs.-

USA Pest Management is the bomb! I am so happy with their service. We had rats and spiders in the back yard and around the house. USA Pest came out, I’m not sure what all they did, but the rats and spiders are GONE! It’s been about a month since the service and they are still GONE! Having experienced extensive problems with paper wasps and field mice around my home I couldn’t find a local exterminator who could resolve the problems. I was referred to Loran Davis who now owns USA Pest Management and upon inspecting my home and surrounding area, he identified areas where the wasps were nesting in my fence and shrubs. He thoroughly treated the nesting areas and did several followups with me to insure he had solved the problem to my satisfaction. He also placed several mice and rat traps at strategic locations around my home. These were decorative traps and totally safe for our domestic animals. He was most reasonable in price and I am totally satisfied with his work. His professionalism and integrity is above reproach
